Meet Melanie

I’m Melanie, and I am so thrilled to be able to offer this short programme to help those who are feeling heavy and listless at this moment. 

The foundation of the course is based on observations from Drs who treat people who are critically ill. They noticed that if our energy levels dipped below 30% of their personal potential energy, then those people tended to experience innate illnesses. Energy treatments helped to boost their energy to a level that they could start to create and build their own - so they could enjoy 60% and more of their potential energy.

My goal is to share the skills and learning so you can be at over 70% of your potential energy most or the time. Now, just imagine what you could accomplish for your self and those you are responsible for....!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:   I'd love to take part but don’t live locally, so would find it difficult to travel in frequently to receive the massages AND attend yoga

A:    The massage could be scheduled to co-incide with your yoga classes.  And if this still does not fit with your schedule you could opt for the package which EXCLUDES massage.  We would recommend however, using a massage treatment which focuses on ‘moving energy’ - such as Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Reikie, Distant Healing, Reflexology.  

Q:  I can not make all the dates for yoga?

A:  The yoga classes are a mini course, so it is important to start with the right intent as each class builds from the previous class

Q:   I’m not local so can not attend the classes or the massages.  Is there an online option?

A: We are in the process of creating a “Hybrid Beginners Yoga Course’ An element will include residential or in house.  Research has shown that when practiced in a group of like minded people our heart rate starts to synchronise and we also learn from each other by osmosis.  So it is important to maintain some elements of developing a traditional practice - knowing and recognising that we are connected.

Q:  What do I need to start?

A:  Loose comfortable clothing, a Yoga Mat , willingness to learn, flexible approach, lots of questions .... and a biggie ... looking forward to deep relaxation and deep insights with a smile :-)
